This is an affordable-luxury eco-friendly villa village near Kent Beach, Western Area Rural District, Sierra Leone. The proper is TpESTATE's model home within Kent Eco-Friendly Vacation Community. You can book a single room for two guests or double rooms for four guests or the whole house with three rooms for six 6 to 9 guests in total.

The space
The main house has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, dining and living space. LG Refrigerator, Cooktop and oven, Samsung AC, tankless water heaters. The living space can conveniently seat up to 6 people. A private single car garage is attached with an open deck to relax and view the mountain or ocean. 85% of this home was built within 7 weeks using the Hydraform Alternative Building System. It's a vaulted natural hardwood ceiling all around with beautiful light fixtures. Has plenty of sunlight during the day via four fanlight windows at the top and extra wide and tall modern glass windows. The home is healthy because the blocks used to build the walls use 60% less cement.

At the back, there is an outside kitchen, laundry room, generator room and toilet. The property uses a biodigester toilet system, a solar system for electricity and a private water well for water supply. There is a generator for backup and high-speed internet via Orange

There are Amazon Blink security cameras inside the living room and outside the main building with a video doorbell.

The community will eventually have 6 detached single-family homes and 6 single bedroom rental properties. Kent is known for its extensive beaches, strong fishing community, and being a centre for the slave trade during the 17th and 18th centuries. Its located at the very southern tip of the peninsular, West Area Rural District of Sierra Leone and lies approximately 30 miles east of Freetown. Its history goes back to the time of the slave trade. Tourism attractions include; the beach, the King’s Well, the basements that slaves were kept in until the boats arrived. St. Edwards Church that slavers attended for worship and ferry to nearby Banana Islands
