Villa Esparragueras. A fabulous luxury holiday villa nestled 12 minutes away from the beautiful white village of Competa in the Costa Del Sol.
The villa, with it's heated swimming pool and large terrace space affords spectacular uninterrupted views down to the Mediterranean sea and surrounding countryside with Mount Maroma to the North. The nearby village of Competa is the real Spain. Far from the tourist crowds on the coast. The perfect place to get away and relax.
The space
A gated entrance leads to several terraces with a barbecue area and heated pool. The villa itself is spread over two floors. The entrance is on the upper floor leading to a large open planned kitchen, dining and day living room. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom (King) with ensuite bathroom. Patio doors lead directly to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and blender.
Stairs lead down to the 2nd larger living room, family bathroom and a third double bedroom (King) with ensuite. The living room, with it's nine meter window, brings you right into the beautiful countryside and mountain views. This room has plenty of space and the option to draw a curtain to create a fourth bedroom (two single sofa beds 93x176 cm), which allows for up to 8 guests in total.
Back outside, the heated pool is on the south side. It's a constant 1.4metres deep, which is great for children to learn alongside the helping hand of their parents and ideal for pool games. There is a gas BBQ in the outside kitchen/bar area and also a simple Charcoal BBQ on the other side of the villa. There are two outside tables.. One under the covered terrace next to the pool and a large round table on the main terrace. close to the charcoal BBQ, that seats six.
On the lower floor the patio door leads to a garden area with outdoor furniture to relax close the nature. Here there are fruit trees to pick for the GnT's and once again the magnificent views of the sea and surrounding countryside. When you return indoors the huge window presents a filmic end to the day as the sun sets over the mountains. There is also a compact electric piano for anyone who fancies a tickle on the ivories.
The villa has air conditioning units throughout and on the top floor there are ceiling fans as an alternative.
Wifi is installed in the villa and the television has 100 plus channels via wifi.
A washing machine is located in the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area.
