This one-bedroom, 50 sq. m, low allergy, fully self-contained, ground level apartment with FREE WI_FI, is at the end of a group of 3, within a group of 7 apartments on the block, with private entry. In addition, it has an adjacent private carport and also features two private courtyards (each approx. 25 sq. m). It is in a quiet residential street so you can get a great night's rest. Separate bedroom, bathroom/laundry and living room/kitchen. A sofa-bed is available in the living room making the apartment most suitable for singles or couples. The driveway and communal areas of the complex are maintained regularly by a body corporate.

The bedroom has pure linen sheets and the entire apartment is cleaned with fragrance free products so is ideal for chemically or fragrance sensitive guests. It has a ceiling fan and extra room heater.

The bathroom has a spacious shower with fragrance-free shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided free of charge. The bathroom includes a washer and dryer. All towels are pure cotton, and again, everything is washed in fragrance-free detergents and natural cleaners (organic where possible) are used throughout.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need whether for a quick morning cuppa or to prepare a proper home-cooked meal. Supplies are included for a snack on arrival and a light breakfast, for your first morning.

A breakfast bar joins the kitchen to a living room with a 32in TV, DVD player, CD player, a comfy sofa, R/C air con, ceiling fans, and full work from home station. The air conditioner covers the whole apartment and the bedroom door needs to be open to flow into the bedroom. A desk with lighting and wireless internet, is provided, making the space versatile for holiday or business use.

The two courtyard patios (each approx. 25 sq. m) are completely private. Both have outdoor furniture and are perfect sun traps to start and end your day. Additionally the back courtyard has a BBQ and outdoor clothes line.

Guest access
You will have complete private use of the entire apartment and the 2 courtyards. This fully self-contained one bedroom apartment has everything you need. It has a delightfully comfortable queen-sized bedroom and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Large bathroom/laundry and living room. Full kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, oven and 4 burner hotplates. Guests have full access and use of two private courtyards (for morning and afternoon sun) with BBQ.

Other things to note
Security deposit is $400. There is an under-cover parking space directly next to the apartment with night-time security lighting. All access is on the ground level though there is one small step to enter in the front door.

This tastefully refurbished apartment, in a well maintained 1960's apartment complex, is in one of Albury's most well-known, quiet residential, tree-lined streets, within Albury's CBD. The building is nestled among delightful period homes in a leafy neighbourhood opposite a small park and near a community vegetable garden and local bike trail. It is 1 block from the Botanic Gardens and Dean Street, which is Albury's main street, and only a few moments from the vibrant Central Albury with it's wide selection of shops eateries, supermarkets, library/museum, Art Gallery, and services.
