This home has been recently renovated from top to bottom. Large and updated windows flood the house with natural light.

From a wooden accent wall in the dining room to the gorgeous rustic/chic kitchen - you can enjoy preparing and eating all your meals here.

Both bathrooms are updated with modern finishes and an open shelf concept making showers and bath time feel like you are staying at a luxury hotel!

The space
The living room is very cozy with a huge couch, TV and electric fireplace. There’s a beautiful dining room and table to enjoy some food or it can double as a work space!

The kitchen of your dreams provides ample space to cook your favorite meals! Spices in carefully labeled spice jars along with basic cooking utensils are all provided.

The bedroom located upstairs has a very comfortable and cozy king bed. The mattress is adjustable so you can enjoy the back or feet incline while…. Are you ready? Watching a movie or show on a huge mounted 70 inch screen TV!

Automatic black out blinds next to the bed will help you get some better quality sleep once the sun is out. The little remote on the side of the bed is all you need to control the blinds!

Your dedicated office space is here! You will have a standing desk and lots of light (sunroof) while you get your work done. You will have walkout access to the backyard as well.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire main floor and bedroom upstairs. There are, however, 3 rooms (1 upstairs and 2 on the main floor) that will be locked. The basement is also locked. All locked areas are used for storage. There are no shared rooms or spaces. There is only 1 Airbnb booking at a time so the home will always have 1 group at a time.

The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. There is one parking spot available in the driveway. Anything bigger than a sedan will NOT fit in the driveway but you can park on the street for free. Please read the parking signs carefully.

Other things to note
No parties, gatherings (outside of guests staying) smoking or drugs (including marijuana) are tolerated on our property. Failure to comply with rules will result in the below:
- $1500 fine
- A police report filed
- Airbnb will be notified
