Delightful 85 sqm (870 sq.ft) apartment located at the 4th floor (with elevator) of an ancient building, between Ponte Vecchio and Santa Trinita bridgts in the pedestrian quiet zone of the city. Furnished in a mix of modern and vintage style. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large living room, large terrace over the roofs of Florence with chaise lounge, table and chairs. Walking distance from the main attractions: Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti and Boboli garden.

The space
At the 4th floor of an ancient building attached to Palazzo Spini Ferroni, now headquarters of Ferragamo fashion firm, museum and shop. Very quiet and peaceful steet. Furnished in modern and vintage style, with all comforts: heating, AC in the living room, SmartTV 40". You enter in the large and luminous living room, with a comfortable sofa, an ancient table and chairs. From the living room you enter the two bedrooms, the 1st with double size bed, wardrobe and console, the other bedroom with and old french bed 1,5 pax. 2 bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking, fridge with freezer.
From the living room you climb to a large terrace, on two levels, with a stunning view over the red tile roofs of Florence. At the 1st level table with chairs to have breakfast /lunch/ dinner, at the 2nd level chairs and chaise lounge to admire the wonderful view of Florence; the Torre di Arnolfo (the Tower of Palazzo Vecchio), a glimpse of Palazzo Pitti with Boboli Garden and Forte di Belvedere, the Fortress on the top of a hill overlooking the city.
The apartment is walking distance of few minutes from the most important monuments and churches of Florence and the main attractions: the Duomo, Signoria square, the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti and Boboli garden. Just across the river Arno by Santa Trinita Bridge to discover the bohemian “Oltrarno” and Santo Spirito neghbourhood.
Walking distance from Santa Maria Novella railway station and from the tramway stop, lines T1 and T2.
