Set in a peaceful location, lovely bright South facing self-contained studio adjoining our home; stunning views over Abersoch Bay. Open plan ground floor, stairs to double bedroom (low eaves).
Offering plenty of room for 2 people. Well equipped kitchen includes double oven, induction hob, fridge with ice box, toaster, microwave, smart TV, WiFi, shower bath, washbasin and loo. Under stairs hanging rail with additional storage upstairs. Central and electric stove heating as required. Private South facing decked area.
Guests have their own access to the side of the main cottage. Parking and private use of South facing decked area and adjacent garden.
Interaction with guests
We live adjacent to the studio. We anticipate that guests will want their own privacy and are normally on hand to help in any way we can.
Other things to note
The nearest beach is Llanbedrog (National Trust), which is about a 25 minute walk. The pub , postoffice/convenience store are both within a mile.
We provide towels and bedding. Please bring your own beach towels.
If you have any problems we will be happy to try and get them resolved immediately.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
No smoking in the house No pets. As this is a peaceful location please keep noise levels down after 11pm and we shall try and observe the same when we have visitors.

All visitors are responsible for ensuring they have adequate personal insurance cover before their stay. During your stay, you are solely responsible for the studio and its contents. Please take care to avoid damages and losses. We ask that you kindly let us know of any such damages or losses that may have occurred prior to leaving.
From May 1 - Sep 30, 2018 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Love this area and moved here permanently 2013 with my husband Mark. Enjoy the relaxed way of life and all the lovely walks we have, and having lots of friends and family visit us.
