Originally built in 1890 as a carriage house it has been converted into two storey studio accommodation. Enjoy the easterly views across the Glebe farmland to Mt Barrow and Mt Arthur from both decks or from the bed on the upper floor. Prime location with everything (CBD, restaurants bars, theatre, UTAS Stadium, tourist attractions etc. ) no more than a few minutes walk. Fully self contained, including washing machine, you will have your own space and central pad to enjoy Launceston.
