Step into this expansive luxury home with high ceilings, elaborate brand new furnishings, flooring, and sophisticated finishes. The exotic, Bali inspired central living area is further illuminated by natural California sunlight beaming through the many windows displaying stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. This warm and spacious atmosphere is perfect for entertaining and enjoying lifelong memories with friends and family.

The home has 4 immaculately decorated bedrooms with soft linens, memory foam mattresses, office space with custom designed cherry cabinetry, 3 full bathrooms, dining room, large open floorplan family room and living room, all designed to capture the most incredible sunset facing views everywhere you look. Well appointed kitchen with spacious breakfast area and counter seating that is open to family room with fireplace and built in entertainment area with surround sound and 70" HD flatscreen TV.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the rose garden patio or a glass of wine by the firepit lounge on this expansive 2.5 acre property overlooking the orchards and avocado groves. Experience the serene peace and tranquility this property has to offer. Take a nature walk overlooking the avocado groves or just gaze at the many hummingbirds feeding right outside your kitchen window.

For those looking to unwind in style, the house features a game room with amenities such as billiards, foosball, classic arcade consoles, dart board, board games, poker accessories, and outdoor basketball. We even set up a regulation size pickleball court complete with paddles, net, and balls for the whole family to enjoy !

Outside, a tropical paradise awaits you where guests can lounge by the vanishing-edge infinity pool or enjoy a tiki beverage or just BBQ under the Tahitian palapa. Your dreamy vacation palace awaits you !

POOL / SPA HEATING
Pool heating is available upon request. This can be arranged and settled prior to check in for a small added fee. Spa heating is Free and included with your booking.

PETS
1 small to midsize, potty trained dog allowed with pet fee. Please select "pet" when reserving.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
We charge a flat base price for up to 6 guests. There is an extra nightly guest fee of $30 per person after 6 guests to help cover the added cost of bedding, laundry, and resources for larger groups. Please be sure to indicate the accurate number of guests when making your reservation. Changes can always be made and adjusted prior to your arrival.

4TH BEDROOM
The office shown in the pictures is considered our 4th bedroom and includes an ultra comfortable "Crate & Barrel" memory foam sofa bed with it's own adjoining full bathroom. We also provide 2 single foldable memory foam beds in it's adjoining closet not shown in the pictures.
