The property is located in Bocagrande, a residential neighbourhood considered the safest in the city. Bocagrande is a peninsula, you will have the bay on one side and the beach on the other side, both within two and five minute walk.
Everything that you need will be within walking distance. You will find a supermarket 3 blocks away, restaurants all over, shops, cinemas, mall, pharmacies, clubs, tours, etc…

Along the bay there is el Malecón, a wide and comfortable esplanade to take a nice walk or jogging.
Juan Valdez is the equivalent in Colombia of Starbucks, and you have one with a nice terrace just around the corner to start the day.

The apartment can host up to 2 people. The master bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king or used separately.

The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find as a gift and totally free: GOURMET coffee capsules from the zona cafetera, the best in Colombia. We also offer you two small 187 ml bottles of spanish wine, origin CARIÑENA, that you can enjoy on the balcony upon arrival or at any time you choose.

The building features a pool and two jacuzzis with views on the bay and the city’s skyline. The pool has a wide low area for you to relax and take the sun while keeping yourself fresh. There is also a gym and sauna
The guests have access to a parking garage and lobby.

No visitors are allowed past the reception of the building, this to guarantee the good order and security of the guests and building.

The neighbourhood is very safe and you can enjoy it walking around. To go to the old city you can just stop a yellow taxi or use Uber. Is just a 5 minute ride and it shouldn’t cost you more than 3 dollars.

Your host speaks english, french, some italian and spanish. I will be happy to provide guidance and tips to make your stay more enjoyable and easygoing. So please dont hesitate to contact me. Cartagena is a place you will keep in your heart.
