Bring your outdoor exercise gear. Highly recommended you bring a good pair of walking shoes or comfortable running shoes. You are in a great spot to enjoy the beautiful Duabi Canal. Don't forget to bring a hat and bring stay hydrated!!!

Not only does the recently refurbished apartment offer stunning double canal views of Dubai's canal and its stunning sunsets, it also gives you direct access to the boardwalks hugging the canal shoreline. Only recently opened as late as 2017 the Dubai Canal offers you access to the waterways connecting in and around the canal, business Bay and stretching up towards the ocean. The canal path offers you the access to kms and kms of unobstructed views of the Business Bay skylines and not to mention views of the world famous Burj Khalifa.

Within easy walking distance to a small park and further along the walkway you can access larger green area of Safa Park. For a small entry fee Safa Park offers you access to large open green area and children's play areas.

For those of you looking for further adventure you are able to cross the bustling Shiek Zayed Road via the canal lift and bridge and access the other side of the canal boardwalk for further views of the Dubai skyline. Or for those that want to access the Dubai metro from there its a short walk to the Business Bay metro stop.

With almost gauranteed sunshine in the cooler months the canal allows you to enjoy being close to the water and the freedom of not having to rely on a car. Dubai canal also operates a small ferry service which allows you access to views of the whole area from the comfort of the boat. Recommended that you book that experience in advance as tickets run out fast.
