Apartment bedroom and living room overlooking the sea and in the middle of the carnival Barra-Ondina! It has a suite, toilet, air conditioning, Wi-fi, stove, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, sandwich maker, cable TV, gym, swimming pool, sauna, squash court and all the convenience of COSTA ESPAÑA ! Enjoy!

The space
This space is the best option for those who want to "get out of the city" without leaving the city. Because it is located just in front of the sea, the noise of the waves fills the ears and guarantees the necessary serenity. In the presence of a sofa, armchair and a large table with six chairs, the balcony is a great place to enjoy the sunset or have breakfast. The presence of the kitchen facilitates the stay and makes the trip more economical.

Guest access
The pool, sauna, game room, gym and squash court are all free for guests to use throughout their stay! Each of these spaces present rules for its use, but nothing more than common sense.

Other things to note
According to the building's regulations, for full guest's access, you need to provide me your full names and photos from your documents.

Location

Salvador, Bahia, Brazil

The district of Barra is located at the entrance of the Bay of All Saints and has more than 500 years of history. In 1549, Thomé de Sousa landed in the Port of Barra to found the first capital of Brazil. A landmark of the Portuguese colonization was the construction of FAROL DA BARRA, on November 1, 1501.

The beaches of this region are very frequented, mainly the Port of Barra, which was considered one of the best beaches in the world by CNN. Connecting this beach to the condominium, there is a bicycle path that allows the safe pedestrian traffic, with the sound of the sea as soundtrack.

On foot you can also go from the apartment to the Barra Shopping Mall or the nearest markets (Bompreço and Perini). If you do not want to walk, there is also a convenience store at the post just next to the condo entrance.

The condo is very well located, with a very close bus stop. For security reasons, I advise you not to use the municipal bus. Give preference to taxis, which constantly pass just in front of the building's concierge.

The building is just a few minutes drive from the Red River neighborhood. Considered the most bohemian area of the city, it is one of the busiest neighborhoods, with intense nightlife and great options of restaurants / bars. There we can also find the best options to try the best known typical dish of Salvador: the Acarajé.

Just like soccer teams, the preference between the Bahian Dinha or the Bahian Cira separates the soteropolitanos (born in Salvador). But I will be very sincere in saying that both are very good! For those with a more delicate stomach, I advise you to try the Abará. The difference between the two is that the Acarajé is fried in Dendê oil, which tastes very strong (delicious) and can cause a certain discomfort to those who are not accustomed.

Tip: If you are not a lover of pepper, do not order the full Acarajé / Abará! In addition to the vatapá, salad and smoked shrimp, the other accompaniment is the PEPPER (with capital letters, even).

During your stay
I am very accessible and "addicted" on the internet, so contact with me is easy and quick to return.

I love giving tips about the city and I am very sincere in them. I would not hesitate to comment on better value for money.

I believe meeting people and living the place is part of the Airbnb experience! Still, I understand and also respect a lot those who prefer not to have much contact.
