The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

The space
The bedroom is downstairs and is completely separate from the rest of the house. The entrance to the bedroom and bathroom is from the outside. The owner’s bedroom is directly above the guest space. This might result in hearing footsteps or voices. Also, there is a train track in the back of the property. Although, the train doesn’t whistle when going past the house, if an individual sleeps lightly they may hear engine noise.
