Spacious bright studio room of 30mt2, with orientation to the Southeast, with two different environments. One to rest and another to be able to work with the computer, watch TV, read, eat, small balcony. Equipped: refrigerator 85cm. height, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook dishes so you can have breakfast and heat food if you want.

The house has two floors, connected by a wooden spiral-shaped staircase. Upstairs is the room - 30mt2 studio and a spacious bathroom.
The room has a 135x190cm bed and a 90x190cm sofa bed.
