This is a large size bedroom on the second floor of the home and shares a bathroom with the host. The TV is not connected to Wifi however there is a hdmi cable provided and the TV has USB connection as well. The kitchen and laundry area are shared with the rest of the household and are on the main floor. This is a non smoking home, smoking is allowed outside only. The home is located ten minutes south of Trenton and a ten minute drive to Brighton. There is a boat launch five minutes away.

The space
Newly constructed home with high ceilings and lots of fresh air provided by the heat recovery ventilation unit. Quiet area, great for walks and enjoying nature.
