This delightful villa is a spacious semi detached 5 bedroom holiday home that is furnished to great standard.

The main entrance to the villa is on the third floor. Here you will find the living room and dining areas which are open plan and offer lots of light and space. The TV in the living area offers a limited number of satellite channels.

The space
The dining table can seat up to 8 guests. Through the sliding doors guests have access out onto the balcony where you will find another dining table and chairs. The views from this elevated position are lovely and makes the ideal spot for a relaxed family meal.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and on the same floor. It is fully equipped with all modern convenience and a useful breakfast bar. There is also a washing machine and iron and ironing board. All cooking utensils and crockery are also provided.

The accommodation is split over the second and first floors. There are 5 bedrooms in the villa comprising of 2 double rooms and 3 twin rooms. There are also 2 full bathrooms and 2 Guest WC's in the property.

Outside there is a fantastic 12.5m x 5.5m private pool and a large terrace with a BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers.

Next to the pool area you'll also find a games room with pool table, darts board, sofas and a drinks fridge; perfect for entertaining!

The air conditioning works on a ducted system. Here one unit provides air conditioning into the rooms through a series of ducts.

There is private driveway parking at the villa. The villa is also on a cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic, on the road parking is available.
