We redesigned the space in this home to flow with indoor outdoor living using the 1100 sqft of combined deck and patio space in addition to the 1800 sqft of indoor living. The 3 balconies on the front of the home offers ocean views and comfortable seating for relaxation and entertaining!

The custom kitchen was redesigned and relocated from its original location to add more space for cooking and functionality! The high end custom cabinetry with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances provides functional use and quality well equipped kitchen products for 16 guests. The oven offers a built in Air Fryer too!

Enjoy meals on the private court yard with a private boardwalk access to the beach and the private enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for showering after the beach or getting ready!

Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy for families and groups to have personal space. Bedding was selected quality high end mattress, pillows and comforters and sheets and towel packages are professionally handled and individually wrapped for our guests. All bedrooms feature smart TVs for streaming your favorites movies and shows!
