Hi Wendy: Thank you for your review for family Cabin #35! We are very pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay at the cabin. In your private notes you mentioned a lack of salt, pepper, etc. I just wanted to point out that, due to our insurance regulations regarding the "potential for product tampering in self-catered accommodations", we are unable to provide them. This info should have been communicated to you via your "prep pack", sent in advance of your stay. We're sorry if you didn't receive it, or didn't have the time to read through it. Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the cabin upon departure. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to seeing you again the next time that your travel plans bring you back to Mt. Baker :) Happy trails, Dan

Our family had a lovely one-night stay here. We loved being "off-grid", playing cards and board games with our teenaged daughters, and watching a movie until late in the night. Everything was impeccably clean, and well-stocked. The furnishings are definitely dated, but very cosy …

Hi Sue: Thank you for the great review for family Cabin #35! We are delighted to hear that you had an enjoyable stay at the cabin and a fun time at Mt. Baker. Yes, being "off the grid" can be a magical experience indeed, as it (usually) tend to bring families closer together, where they can converse without texting, laugh without using emojis, and curl-up by the fire and watch a movie without commercial interruptions...good stuff. I'm glad that we were able to walk you through the paperwork, and that the end result was time well spent! Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the cabin upon departure. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to seeing you again whenever your travel plans bring you back to Mt. Baker :) Happy trails, Dan

Awesome and functional cabin! Our group of 5 adults, 2 toddlers (in our own travel cribs) and a dog were very comfortable and happy here. Kitchen was great for cooking - very nice newer appliances and a well-stocked cookware cabinet. Some of the old Corning Ware dishes and scatte…

The cabin is in a great location for accessing both the ski hill and the hiking trails. We had a great weekend away here. There's no cell service or wifi (which they make sure to tell you ahead of time), and they've stocked the cabin well with board games and cards. Perfect size …
