The space
The house has a lovely garden with open views to sit out on a lovely evening and enjoy your cup of tea or a cold beverage later on! I also have alfresco dining available! We are 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes drive to all parts of the city. All Major Malls and most attractions are 15/30 minutes drive away. Groceries are available at the door on call!

The neighborhood is very comfortable and uptown neighborhood which is inhabited by families and hence a safe and quiet environment. We are off the main road so its very quiet and comfortable at night with minimal traffic noise. You will hear the occasional motor bike freaks showing off their bad behavior! Besides that no major disturbances! We are also close to the hospital, beach, water park, supermarkets, pubs and Beach Resorts, all within walking distance, 15 minutes to all the above. I have a private garden which can be used by my guests and the kids. I also have outdoor seating if you wish to enjoy an evening in the garden to dine or enjoy a cold beverage or a cuppa tea early in the morning or evening. The property is very private and secure with on premise wifi and security cameras connected to the police.
