No. 58 is a very cosy two bedroom mid terrace house opposite McHale Park (GAA) in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. The downstairs living area consists of a kitchen/dining, sitting room and utility leading to an enclosed rear yard where one can bask in the sunshine and relax ! McHale road is a very friendly community in a cul de sac and is a 10 minute walk to the town centre with shops, pubs and entertainment. It is also a 10 minutes walk from the train station.

The space
"I'd live here myself" was my friends initial reaction when he first visited the house in 2020. It’s a cosy and welcoming house, tastefully decorated and inviting. The solid fuel stove at the heart of the house draws you in and radiates a comfortable and intimate feeling of “this is where I want to be right now”, leaving the world outside. The enclosed rear yard is tastefully decorated with seating area for those who enjoy the great outdoors and fresh air. A safe area for kids and adults alike.
