Hello! I have just renovated my basement with brand new appliances and a HUGE bedroom. The unit is approximately 900 SF and has its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, Keurig, TV, and wi-fi. My house is located in the highly desirable Southshore community of Aurora. It's located close to shopping, restaurants, bars, hiking and biking trails, e470, and the Aurora Reservoir.
