The rooms are part of a large loft conversion accessed via 2 STEEP staircases from ground floor to the 2nd floor, where the rooms are based. Maybe unsuitable for ELDERLY or those who cannot use stairs(no handrail), and those needing the toilet (GROUND FLOOR) at night. (There is the implied permission to use the family bathroom which is on the FIRST floor at night)
