It’s a beautiful and spacious fully furnished 1bhk apartment in Sarjapur Road with ultra modern interior work. To experience a 5star stay, go ahead and book this place. It’s located in a calm locality. It’s in the heart of the city at the same time close to nature. Ola, Uber, Swiggy zomato is in minutes away. High speed WiFi with smart Android tv is provided for additional entertainment. It’s in a serene gated community with greenery around the place. Flat is on the 13th floor.

About the space -

1. Living room- it has a sofa cum bed with a coffee table, smart fully HD android tv, high speed wifi connection, different lights fittings to create different ambience.

2. Full length balcony in living room.

3. Dining area with dining table and two pouffes with modern light fittings.
A ledge with beautiful handmade art work by me.

4. Fully functional modular kitchen with gas stove, fridge, utensils, crockeries and necessary dishes required for cooking and serving.

5. Fully automatic washing machine in utility area.

6. Bedroom with queen size bed with 8inches orthopaedic memory foam mattress with sheet covers to have a comfortable sleep.
(There is no AC provided but trust me you don’t need an AC here as it’s located on the 13th floor and the weather is extremely pleasant).

7. Modern mirror unit with storage as a dresser.

8. Bathroom with modern fittings, mirror with mirror lights.
Body wash, hair wash and linens provided.

All you have to do is bring your clothes and you will feel it’s your home.. :)

Also inside the property there is a departmental store where you get all the daily need items like groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, and sanitary items too.

It’s a beautiful property surrounded with greenery and parks and gardens inside the property.

All happening places are in 3km radius.
All clubs like socials, Hoot, big brewsky and many more are close to the property. Big IT companies like Wipro, Accenture Microsoft are in 5kms radius.
