Ocean view! Located 15 minutes north of Gold Beach, in a tiny burb called Ophir. Quiet location with a gorgeous view. Apartment is a loft above a garage with one bay of the garage rustically finished and included in the apartment. Features a queen size bed, small kitchenette, TV, high speed wifi, and grill to wheel out to the parking lot. Three miles from a local golf course called Cedar Bend.

Guest access
In outdoor space, the area of the parking lot in front of the rental unit garage door is for guest use. The backyard area isn't part of rental unit area, nor is the field in front. If you need to hose off some dirty shoes or whatever, feel free to use hose on side of rental unit / garage.

During your stay

House on same lot is occupied by owner of rental unit. Driveway and part of sidewalk is shared. Owner will occasionally access non rental portion of garage, but this is done by a completely separate access. Interactions in general are 'in passing', but owner is available for questions etc.
