The stay here was very nice, the space clean, and the location great. The BnB is run close to a hotel, however excessive signage makes the space feel less home-like and it is requested that you clean before leaving (start a load of laundry, take out trash, wipe everything down, e…

Hi Tristan: Thank you for your review for family Cabin #64! Sorry, but I'm a bit puzzled by your review. Did you actually stay there? This is a privately owned, self-catered, residence, and not a BnB. In any event the signage is appreciated by most as , unlike a BnB, there is no one there to provide you with guidance (you can, of course, contact us by phone or e-mail with any questions, as the cabin has both a land line and wifi). Yes, you do have to start a wash load of bathroom towels and remove your trash. This is considered to be general etiquette when departing after having stayed in someone's private home. You don't necessarily need to wipe everything down, and we don't ask you to do that. Of course, if you make a big mess, we would hope that you would be respectful and clean things up a bit. Thanks for leaving everything tidy upon departure. Happy trails, Dan

Well located cabin in a very friendly community that is friendly to dogs. Cabin is well equipped with all you need. Remember to stop in Glacier for check in and to get keys.

Hi Dave: Thank you for the great review for family (and pet-friendly) Cabin #64! We are very pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay. One correction that I need to make; keys and gate passes are picked-up at our offices in Maple Falls, (not Glacier) but there are two options for key/pass (Website hidden by Airbnb) in Glacier at Graham Store, and the other being our offices in Maple Falls. Many thanks for the respectful way in which you left the cabin upon departure. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to seeing you again the next time that your travel plans bring you back to Mt. Baker :) happy trails, Dan

Hi Jocelyn: Many thanks for the great review for family Cabin #64! We are delighted to hear that you had an enjoyable stay at the cabin. During the winter season, we always warm them up in advance of Guest arrival, because there's nothing worse than arriving to a cold and dark house. Many thanks for the tidy way in which you left the cabin upon departure. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to seeing you again the next time that your travels bring you back to Mt. Baker :) Happy trails, Dan

The detailed directions made check-in/out very easy. We loved the cabin! Great kitchen! The signage everywhere took a little getting used to but we would definitely go back. Great location. Being out of cell service was amazingly relaxing.

Great cabin in a great location. There are labels on EVERYTHING and a few of the labels were a little silly/confusing. But they do provide some good content for joking around with your friends while you are exploring your new home away from home. I could be wrong but I don't thi…
