New condo with cold AC, white linen, wifi, Netflix & well equipped kitchen. Clean and private space located in the residential area of Belize City only 7 miles from International Airport and 3 miles to downtown and water taxi.

Do a complete tour of Belize, visiting inland attractions like mayan pyramids, cave tubing, zip-lining, waterfalls, the zoo; and also do water activities like snorkeling tour on the riff and fun beach day on the cayes. To learn more, see the Guidebooks in my account :)

The space
Condo:
Nicely furnished 1 bedroom apartment has everything to make our guests feel like home while being away from home. In a cozy air-conditioned bedroom you will find a queen bed with 2 night stands on the sides, smart TV and good amount of clothes storage. Apartment offers full size kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster, and an island - the most favorite hang out area of our guests. There is a spacious dining table that oftentimes is used as a computer desk.
When apartment is booked for 3 or 4 guests, then the sofa in the living room will be prepared for you and transformed into additional queen size bed.
Both, living room and bedroom have AC units and TVs.
Our internet speed is the fastest in Belize. We do have hot water in the shower (many guests ask as hot water is not too common in Belize's airbnbs).

The grounds:
THE YARD OF THE PROPERTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS ARE CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION!!!
Sections of the house are being repainted.
Also, we decided to add bbq/picnic area for our guests and build a pool, so necessary work is being done in the yard in stages, such as construction of a privacy fence, land fill, landscaping, etc.

There is laundry room on the premises that you could use for a small fee. We can bring to you iron, iron board and beach towels upon request.
Our porch area is open for all our guests to use and can be utilized upon availability.

We have two new bicycles that are offered to our guests free of charge. Terms of use are: deposit must be placed and they are available on first come first serve basis.

Our Apartments are located in the safe quiet residential area of Belize City. You will be only 10 minutes walk from popular restaurants such as Sahara, coffee shop/ frozen yogurt cafe Yogobean, and yummy Moe's pizza. Best Western hotel with its' traditional restaurant is just around the corner. Also, on a sunny day you can purchase a day pass to the Best Western's pool! Or go to Old Belize instead, where beach, marina, gift shop, restaurant and even a museum await you (10 mins drive from us). The area is safe and quiet even at night. We are located on the north side of town, very far from dangerous streets and alleys, that all are in the old part of Belize city on the south side. You will be 7 miles away (15 mins) from International airport, and 3 miles (10 mins) to the busy part of the town.

Ukraine will always have my heart, but Belize is my new home and i love it. I'm always learning something new about this tiny country, it's culture, places and people. I try to make my guests happy and help whenever i can! Keeping my place sanitary clean is the number 1 rule. I and my helpers take extra time making sure the place is tidy. Im available most of the time from 9am to 9pm. My guests have direct phone number to reach me at any time.
I can help with arranging tours to different attractions and, if available, pick you up from any location you needed to be picked up for a fee. We also have a laundry room that our guests can use for a small fee.
