Wake up in the forest surrounded by birds singing and squirrels jumping between the trees. Enjoy the peace and privacy from a beautiful terrace overlooking nothing but the forest. During the day, visit local attractions such as sailing or hiking, and enjoy a delicious BBQ with your friends and family. In the evening, light up the fireplace or warm up in a beautifully lit outdoor jacuzzi. Casa del Rio is perfect if you are looking to connect with nature and disconnect from the chaos of the city.

The space
Casa del Rio is located in a small private community with only 7 houses. The house has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, and a roofed outside terrace. The highlight of Casa Rio is the main outdoor terrace with a spectacular view of the forest, an outdoor jacuzzi, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor living room, and a BBQ. There are sun beds to relax and enjoy the view or read a good book. You can walk down by the river where I go to meditate since it is surrounded by water and mini waterfalls.

In the evening you can cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, spend time by the fireplace or warm up in the jacuzzi.

It is a perfect escape away from the chaos and crowds of the city.

During your stay

Juan, the caregiver, can answer all the questions you have and me and my husband are always available on our cell phones. I rent this space on Airbnb because I believe in the added value that one can get from a local person. It is what makes the difference when one travels to unknown places. The idea is that you can take advantage of this little oasis and I can be a better host.
