I'm offering a small private bedroom on the ground floor of a clean bungalow. The room has a large closet and a desk for your laptop.

The house's location is great; at a 5 minute walk to four bus stops with 24-hour service, a 20 minute walk to Humber College's North Campus, and a 10 minute walk to the Bestco Supermarket for your grocery needs.

If you have a negative reviews from the hosts ( less than 4 stars) please do not book this room. I will appreciate it.
