The Desert Rose Resort provides you with great access to all the best spots in Las Vegas along with all the gracious pleasures of a resort hotel. The Desert Rose Resort is a no gambling resort, which is perfect for family vacations and visiting Las Vegas for conventions, and all types of business travel. The resort is 1.5 blocks from the Las Vegas strip and located adjacent to the MGM Grand and Tropicana. The one bedroom unit is 625 sq feet and includes a full kitchen and separate bedroom.
The space
The Desert Rose Resort has a guest rating of 4.5 out of 5.0 on Expedia. All units have a living area with dining table, sofa sleeper, full kitchen, patio or balcony, and king bed in the bedroom. Please let me know what dates you are interested in and I will check on the availability.
The property offers a sparkling pool and spa, fitness center, barbecue area, and coin operated laundry facilities. The room also has a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, toaster, blender, in room safe, free WiFi, and cable TV.
I have been an owner of Shell Vacations Time Share properties for over 10 years (The Desert Rose Resort) being one property owned by Shell Vacations Club. You will check in just like at any hotel. This is a timeshare unit and it's fully transferable so I will be booking the nights under your name. I will email you the reservation confirmation document from the timeshare company showing the reservation being under your name. Standard credit card hold will apply for incidentals ($100).
To ensure your safety and the safety of others, the following COVID precautions have been put in place at the Desert Rose Resort:
- House cleaning will not come into the room but you can contact the front desk and they can provide you with replacement towels/wash clothes/kleenex/etc (they will leave at your door).
- State of Nevada guidelines currently does not have a mask mandate. If the state guidelines change in the future, guests may be required to wear a mask in the common areas of the Desert Rose Resort
- Parking is free

Since the Desert Rose Resort is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, and suggest you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting Las Vegas
GENERAL TERMS:
- Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.
- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit.
- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests.
- The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss
