We are right in the middle of one of the most popular residential areas of the city: in Nymphenburg, Neuhausen and Gern free living space is hotly sought after, because here it is incredibly beautiful and very green: from the hotel you are in a few minutes walk directly in the Olympic area with its many sports, leisure and sightseeing opportunities such as Sea World, BMW Museum, the TV tower, the ice rink and the large weekend flea market. Just as quickly, you can walk to the Dante Stadium, which also has its winter outdoor swimming pool open during the cold season, or to the Taxispark and the associated Taxis beer garden: a real highlight, especially in the summer. For coffee and cake connoisseurs, we recommend the insider tip Café Tribeca at the end of the street. An extra plus point is the proximity to Nymphenburg Palace with its parks, the two driveways and the canal, the best place in town for curling or ice skating in winter.
