Delightful self-contained, studio/cottage on the edge of the Cotswolds, perfect for staycations, between house moves, work stays, or self-isolating. Fast wifi, large garden, pets welcome (for a fee), pub garden next door and glorious walks galore.

Lovingly renovated, its double-height ceiling offers fabulous space. Downstairs studio with new kitchenette and bathroom, a dining/work area, sofa-bed, TV and twin beds (or super-king). Up spiral stairs, is a semi-private cosy double bed mezzanine.

The space
Nestled down a country lane, 1860s Garden Barn once provided coach housing for the esteemed parish rectory next door. It still retains all its historical charm but with all the luxury of mod cons.

This bright and airy space overlooks the large peaceful garden. Enjoy al fresco dining, relax on the swing seat or hammock or play on the large trampoline. A lovely place for all to enjoy the countryside, with space for children and dogs to run and play. (Note this space may be shared by owners occasionally on arrangement).

Pets are welcome at a small extra charge of £10.00 per night per pet - paid direct to the owner (cats must stay indoors).

Sleeping arrangements:
Double - upstairs sleeping area - partially private mezzanine with a dividing wall but note no door to close.
Twin beds - can be made into superking if requested. Located in downstairs studio space.
Sofa-bed - can be made up only if requested.

Please note:

I'm a friendly, welcoming person who loves our busy family life in our peaceful Cotswold village. I am self-employed and currently mid-way through training to become a counsellor. I've been happily married to my best friend, Dom, for 22 years, with 3 delightful (I know I am biased but it is true!) teenagers, a bonkers spaniel and fiercely independent cat. I am passionate about my garden and love to share our home with friends and family.
