Slip away to the peaceful countryside and unwind in this charming carriage house on 37 acres! Freshly renovated, light, clean, open, extremely comfortable, and peaceful. Enjoy breathtaking views and stunning sunsets, dinner on the deck surrounded by quiet fields, and laughs around the firepit. Multiple reservoirs for fishing or recreation within minutes. (Walking distance to Lamont and Johnson Reservoirs.) Serene living at its best!

The space
Newly renovated home, light and airy! Amazing views from every room. Firepit, deck, games & books. Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms (King, 2 twins) and Full Bathroom on main level. Laundry Room & Full Bathroom in Basement. Tall ladder leads to loft with 2 more twin beds and a floor mattress. Use at your own risk. Loft/ladder not recommended for young children or older guests.

Attractions for every season and passion. Have a "freaking awesome" time on the self-guided Napoleon Dynamite tour - his house is less than a mile away. Hike Willow Flats or High Creek. Catch a play or a movie at historic Worm Creek Opera House. Riverdale Hot Springs, Cherry Peak Ski Resort, and Preston Golf and Country Club are all close. Don't miss the famous Preston Night Rodeo or the Festival of Lights!
