The space
The Luxury Avondale Guest House underwent a full renovation/restoration in 2020. Kitchen and bath were stripped down to bare walls and floor, and rebuilt fresh new cabinetry, countertop, high end fixtures, lighting and appliances. The master suite has a queen bed, with en suite bath. In the living area, there’s a full size leather sofa, dedicated computer nook and Samsung 55” TV with Netflix, YouTube TV and Samsung TV+ with 120 channels. Kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee system, microwave and mini-fridge. All kitchen cooking equipment, flatware, glassware, coffee mugs, snacks and complimentary water are provided.
