The bus stop is just 300m away. Only a short walk to the beautiful Paphos Harbour with shops, cafes, bars & tavernas. Superb location. Enjoy relaxing walks by the amazing Mediterranean coast on a new 2km walkway!

The space
House Rooms-Amenities/ Facilities/Rules:

-Ground floor : Entrance door and a big side sliding door which lead to a big drive way with parking space. Back kitchen door opens to a big private patio.

*The living room is separated from the kichen with a fireplace and two steps that stand between the two spaces. Additionally, the seating in this home is arranged so that the focus is on the television and away from direct views of the kitchen.

*One 2 seater sofa, one 3 seater sofa with one armchair, a big coffee table and a smaller side table.
*Οne outdoor dining table and 4 chairs in the private patio /backyard.

-Upper/first Floor: The maisonette has a balcony (slidind door) in Bedroom 1,  one window in Bedroom 2 and a tilting window in the bathrooom.


* Bedroom 1 -with the balcony- accommodates two persons in a double bed.(160 cm x 200cm)

- Bedroom 2 -with the window- accommodates 2 persons in two single beds. ( 90 cm × 200cm)

*Air conditioning/heating available in both bedrooms and the living room.

-Hand sanitizer/antiseptic/antibacterial 


-Cleaning liquids and disinfectants for the house are available, stored in one of the kitchen cabinets. Kitchen paper roll is also avaible. Feel free to use them. We follow airbnb cleaning and hygiene protocol.


- Fresh bed linenand Towels available only upon arrival.

- Toilet paper, hand liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo available  for the first night

Spacious modern and freshly decorated townhouse in a fantastic very central and convenient location. Stroll along the coastal walkway or go for a early swim and coffee. It’s very close!


Rules:

- Please do not sit with wet swimwear and suntan lotions on the furniture of the livingroom.

- As other people also live in the area, please avoid loud music or noise.


 - Picking up after yourself in common areas is important.


 - Clear away garbage and put in plastic bags in the bin outside.


 - Be kind enough to clean all kitchen appliances after using them.

- After washing dishes and other kitchen utensils please Dry them before you put them in the cupboards or drawers.

 - No eating meals in the bedrooms.


- Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.


 -Absolutely NO drugs of any kind.


 - Absolutely NO smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash. For safety reasons please make sure you dont dispose of unextinguished cigarettes/ cigars in the house bins.


- No pets allowed.


- Every time you LEAVE the house please lock:

 a) Ground floor - the main entrance door, the balcony door, and the back kitchen window and door and

 b) Upper floor - the balcony door and windows in bedrooms and bathroom.


- UNRETURNED/or lost house keys will be charged a €40 replacement fee. 


- Fireplace use for safety reasons is NOT allowed (chimney is blocked)

Where you’ll be

Paphos, Cyprus

The house is very close to the best municipal beach of Paphos, and the Paphos harbour with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. You can walk everywhere easily and safely as the house is ideally situated in a central but relatively quiet area with local people living in the area as well.

I was raised in Paphos and have lived here most of my life. I am a very sociable and friendly person who likes to mingle with people and explore new countries and cultures. I have studied Economics & Political science. I love several things: Learning a new language is always a challenge, going to the theater, to the cinena and concerts and visiting museums are my favorite going outs. I love to travel   and spend time with good friends and I always enjoy a nice meal and a glass of wine. Swimming in the sea is my a absolute pleasure and I really feel blessed that Paphos is a coastal town...
