Fantastic open loft in one of downtown Center Point's historic buildings. This was the Bank in Center Point for 28 years. (The Guadalupe Valley Bank operated in Center Point from 1908 until 1936 when it failed during the Great Depression.) Recently undergoing a thorough renovation, it now has all the modern conveniences to make your stay memorable. Outside the loft are three acres of gardens which include blooming flowers, roses, and both red and white grape vines.

The space
We provide most everything you will need for your stay. Coffee maker and supplies as well as a kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Full size, stacked washer/dryer in the loft. If anything additional is needed, we will try to accommodate your request.
