I am a very sociable, self employed business man with a range of business interests. A golf fanatic, I live in a home which has 4 double and 1 three quarter bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is modern, spacious, very clean & tidy with Wifi throughout.
Situated in a very large village to the South East of Nottingham, we are only 10 mins from the city centre and 5 minutes from the vibrant shops, bars and cafés of West Bridgford, Trent Bridge cricket ground and Notts county and Nottingham Forest football clubs. Public transport links are excellent with frequent buses, trains and taxis available at very short notice.
The village is also equipped with bars and cafés and all major amenities, whilst being surrounded by gorgeous country side, which boasts the picturesque public attraction of Belvoir Castle which is a 20 min drive away. Numerous walks along the river Trent or Grantham canal and is perfectly situated for golfers, being 1 mile away from both Radcliffe on Trent and the Nottinghamshire golf courses. With the National water sports centre just over a mile away it is an almost perfect location to take in the best of what Nottingham has to offer.
My location reflects me as an individual, welcoming, chilled and relaxed with the ability to be spontaneous and very active. I have lived in Nottingham for over twenty years and know the area and it's key places of interests very well, it provides a wide and varied range of things to do which is also reflective of the way my partner and I like to randomly take off for a night or two to visit a city or town of interest, to shop, walk, take in architecture or a show, a round of golf or just relax at a spa.
