Private groundfloor studio apartment in the Old Town of Palma, Patio entrance is shared with myself but you will have your privacy since I'm only living upstairs and have created this studio only for my guests. The kitchen is basic to prepare your breakfast, it has a fridge and 2 cooking plates. This place is tucked away in a really nice part of Palma, close to Es Baluard museum and the popular area Santa Catalina and La Lonja.

The space
The space is a bit different, created by a Spanish architect with a little bit of a different view on design. The outside is restored in the old style but inside is totally different, 2 big light tunnels with concrete pillars are not what you expect behind the wooden entrance doors but they have created a lot of light.

super central in the old town. There's a bar just across but won't bother our guests because they sleep on the back side of the house.

High season I mostly work and live on the beautiful finca in Montuiri where I host big groups of guests, yoga retreats or families. When school starts again me and my daughter stay on schooldays in Palma where I run Volta Dos guesthouse together with the manager Chris. I like to do it all and by using Airbnb I can manage ;-)
