The home you’re staying in is a private residence made available for you at the owner’s request. As such, we’re certain you will give the home the same care and attention you would your own residence. The home is not a hotel. The furnishings, dishes, electronics and other items are the personal belongings of the owner, chosen especially for this, their second home. In order to provide a safe and comfortable home for your stay, while also protecting the owner’s property, we ask that you abide by the policies and procedures. IMPORTANT: Some of our owners have installed outdoor cameras to protect their property at all times. Please be aware of this which could lead to a more safe, enjoyable stay for you the guest.
