I am renting out my amazing 4 - person private townhouse with a terrace by the medieval city wall, in the old town of Ibiza Town. The apartment is on 3 floors: first floor - an open plan living room with kitchen, second floor - a bedroom and a bathroom, third floor - a roof top terrace with 360 degrees spectacular views! The apartment has all you need for a comfortable holiday, including AC/ heater, hairdryer, ironing facilities, bed sheets, towels - no need to carry extra things!

The space
A private townhouse 70 m² on the edge of medieval city wall, right next to Dalt Vila and Old Marina, close to Ibiza’s famous Market. This spacious accommodation provides you with everything you need. Astonishing view from roof terrace will enchant every occasion, whether it’s an afternoon sunbathing session or a glass of wine in the evening.

Stepping out of the front door takes you directly to the streets filled with bars, shops and restaurants. Playa D’en Bossa, Talamanca and other famous sites around Ibiza are just a walk away. Perfect for a family or a group of friends.

The marina district is a neighborhood that has grown between the Harbour and Dalt Vila. This area is one of the places most visited by lovers of shopping or simply want to enjoy your free time. The atmosphere invites you to enjoy a relaxing stroll through the ancient streets, go shopping in the best boutiques and art galleries. It has a wide range of cafés, ice cream parlours, very good restaurants and plenty of terraces to enjoy the music and the best cocktails in summer. La Marina is the perfect place to enjoy the fun offered by the legendary Ibiza nightlife. Back from the beach, shopping, a delicious dinner and a few drinks before leaving to the best clubs in the world. It is also a perfect place to relax in the city. Enjoy the art, culture and the pleasures of the good life and above all a superb Mediterranean climate.

Very close to the apartment there is the old market square, here you will find best fruits and green vegetables, a French bakery, a small supermarket, pharmacy and ATM. The stop of taxis, buses and boats to Formentera and nearby beaches are also in comfortable proximity.
