Treetops Resort is an Award Winning RCI Gold Crown timeshare resort, located on Roaring Fork Road in Gatlinburg, TN. The beautiful Roaring Fork stream stocked with trout, runs adjacent to the resort with balconies of some units closely overlooking the rushing water.

The units are 2 Bdrm 2 Bath units with full Kitchen, Living, Dining Rms and Balconies .

The space
Your accommodations will be a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath level floorplan timeshare Condo with a Queen Master Suite, which has a private Balcony, and a private Bathroom with jetted tub and two person vanity; two twin beds in the Second Bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room, and a Shared Balcony... Sleeps 6.

The Condo unit also features a Full Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room area, as well as two balconies with beautiful views of the Resort, the Mountains and the Roaring Fork Stream, which can be heard rushing by from virtually every unit in the Resort!

Treetops Resort is located on Roaring Fork Road in Gatlinburg, TN. Roaring Fork Stream, which is with stocked rainbow trout, runs adjacent to the resort. The resort also adjoins the National Park with the Treetops Resort located where the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail exits onto Roaring Fork Road. You can walk up the road directly into the National Park from the resort.

The Resort is beautifully situated among the trees with the Roaring Fork Stream rushing by, and you can sit in the Swing and just watch it rush by, wade in it or even fish for trout from the Resort property.

There are 3 outdoor pools and1 new heated Indoor pool. Hottubs are found at each pool. The Resort has an exercise room, sauna,a racquetball court, a basketball court, shuffleboard and putting green with an Activies Center for various crafts, pool table, occasional entertainment by local artists. Clothes Washers and Dryers are available on property.

The Smokey Mtn National Park has many walking trails and waterfalls to enjoy. Groceries, Restaurants and an abundance of local Artisans nearby. Pigeon Forge and Sevierville with all of the kids themed attractions, Dollywood and many restaurants and Outlet malls for shopping. Ober Gatlinburg is accessed by tram up the mountain to winter sports, skiing, sledding and an ice skating ring. A snowblowing machine keeps winter sports going when mother nature doesn't cooperate. The longest suspension bridge for pedestrians in the Appalachians opened within the last few years.

Treetops Resort is an Award Winning RCI Gold Crown timeshare resort, located on Roaring Fork Road in Gatlinburg, TN. The beautiful Roaring Fork stream stocked with trout, runs adjacent to the resort with balconies of some units closely overlooking the rushing water.

The units are 2 Bdrm 2 Bath units with full Kitchen, Living, Dining Rms and 2 Balconies .

Downtown Gatlinburg is about 1 1/2 miles from the Resort, and the Pigeon Forge /Sevierville shopping and attractions are only about 10 miles away.

The Resort adjoins the Smokey Mountain National Park on Roaring Fork Road where the National Park Motor Nature Trail ends.
You can walk into the National Park from the Resort.
The Resort is adjacent the National Park on the Roaring Fork Road, Gatlinburg. About 1 1/2 mile to Downtown Gatlinburg and about 10 miles from the Pigeon Forge/ Sevierville shopping and attractions.

Close enough to downtown Gatlinburg, but tucked away next to the National Park and adjacent to the Roaring Fork Stream stocked with trout. Quiet beautiful Resort away from the noise and bustle.

The Resort has a Check In office with friendly staff to assist you, and an onsite security person is available for late check in or other needs after the office close at other times during the year.

I prefer to rent on a Weekly basis. Check In Day for all 2 Bedroom units is either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Each Check In Day has it's own Listing and Availability Calendar, so please review All three Listings when searching for your Treetops Resort vacation!
