Wow. What a fantastic property! Fiona has done a great job with the cottage and the photos give an accurate picture of what's in store for a weary traveller. It's in an awesome central location in the beautiful village of Pangbourne. The station is just a short stroll away and there is some great country runs around to explore. The shops are within a 100m of the front door and the fully fitted kitchen gives you the scope to cook for yourself or there are a number of great pubs and restaurants within an easy walk. Fiona is a lovely host who leads a busy life and lets you get on with what you are doing but is always there to help if needed. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for those visiting Berkshire who want a more village experience but with easy access to surrounding towns and easy train link to London Paddington.
