Eldorado Apartment in a modern style, located in the exclusive district of La Mata, located 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful wide sandy beach of La Mata Beach. The apartment is located in a closed enclave "VinaMar Fase 5" with a beautiful view of the exclusive pool and the lake Salada de La Mata. It is fully equipped and furnished. The hotel has a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Guests of our apartment during their stay can count on comfortable conditions of rest, combined with free coffee and tea. In high season they will be able to use the exclusive swimming pool and the nearby sandy beach.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment with a balcony, swimming pool (open seasonally), garden, 5 min to the beach, not far from the lake and many other tourist attractions. It is possible to rent bicycles (for an extra charge). From La Mata is also close to cities that you can visit on the Costa Blanca, min. Alicante, Benidorm, Elche, Santa Pola, Cartagena and many more.

Free coffee and tea are available for guests, plus an "Welcome Package" (a bottle of water, a bottle of wine and something sweet). It is possible to rent bicycles (for an extra charge).

The biggest advantage of the area is a long sandy beach, warm sea, Mediterranean climate, beautiful salt lakes colored in pink colors. There are many attractions in the area, among others: water parks with attractions for children, submarine S61 Delfin. The area in comparison to other Spanish cities is distinguished by a completely unique landscape with natural parks that are a refuge for many species of birds.
