Place is very nice and the host(s) are great communicators. As others have stated, their children upstairs can be very loud at times but only during the daytime and they were very upfront about this before accepting our reservation. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware/utilities you'd need to cook in vs eating out and the appliances look brand new. Finding this place for the first time at night would have been tricky if not for the excellent directions given to us by the host beforehand. My only complaint is no egress window in the bedroom but it isn't too far from the patio door if there was an emergency. I'd highly recommend this place (unless you needed lots of quiet during the day).

Great place to stay very clean and a perfect location. I had mentioned that my 16mo. old was coming with us and they had toys and a swing out for him! Very hospitable and a great spot!

Aaron and Alyssa's apartment is wonderful. It was exactly what we needed, exactly where we needed it. They strive to make your experience with them a good one. The apartment is cute, well appointed and private. Both Aaron and Alyssa are very kind and thoughtful. They checked in on us frequently to make sure we were not in need of anything. You will hear the sounds of a full life bring lead in the home above you but Aaron made sure we were aware of that before we arrived just in case it might be a problem, which it most certainly was not. The neighborhood is very quiet and quite lovely. We walked almost every night of our stay and felt safe and secure doing so. It is also super close to almost anything you could want or need: dining, groceries (YAY FOR WEGMANS), shopping all a few short miles away. In short, do not hesitate to book with them. You will not regret it.

Aaron and his wife were amazing hosts! He communicated and asked multiple times if we needed anything. He was able to help with all our needs from getting us a toothbrush to adjusting the temperature to what we liked. You can hear footsteps coming from upstairs (their children) multiple times during the day but they quieted down pretty early. It didn't bothered us at all! They provided all the basics necessities like towels, blankets, toiletries, hair dryer, etc... I can't say enough about how CLEAN and NEAT their place is. The bed is super comfortable and they even have a sofa that converts into a queen size bed (my parents slept on it for two nights and loved it!). The only downfall is there is no TV but they have pretty fast WIFI and we had our laptop. Thanks again for everything!

This is a fabulous, clean, comfortable apartment in a really nice neighborhood. Aaron was an excellent host with great communication and he was kind enough to allow me to check out late since I had a wedding that went late the evening before. As others have mentioned, the sound of the children upstairs was quite loud at times, but it settled down early each evening. I think you'll enjoy your stay here!

Aaron's place was just perfect for me. It has been recently renovated and everything was lovely. I had plenty of room and the kitchen had everything I needed. I appreciated being able to walk just a few yards from parking my car to my private entrance. Aaron was an extremely thoughtful host. I was in the area on business and the location was convenient to all the major roadways.

I love staying here. This is a comfortable, private apartment in a quiet family-friendly community. The kitchen is very well-equipped for preparing simple meals, and the location is quite convenient for me.

We like to read books. We also enjoying hiking and camping, but do less of it these days than we used to--our children aren't naturals--yet.

Aaron enjoys a good doughnut from time to time.

Something interesting about us: shortly after we were married we spent several months exploring the U.S. and Canada with a Honda Civic and a trunk full of camping gear. After five months and 19,000 miles on the road we settled down in the DC/Baltimore metro area and have lived around here since.

We enjoy the art of hospitality. If your visit was good, we'd love to know what made it so. And if your visit isn't great, let us know so that we can hone our craft.

Hope to meet you soon.
