Amazing renovation to this 4BR/3BA cottage! Spacious living area featuring hardwood/ceramic tile. Stainless kitchen. Wonderful outdoor patio with glass-bead fire pit. Master w/ King includes ensuite bath with double sinks, walk-in shower and separate water closet. Second queen BR includes ensuite bath. Third BR has a queen bed and the fourth has twins. Pet friendly with a non-refundable $150 pet fee. 1 max <45lbs. Full-sized-Laundry room. 5 min drive/bike to East Beach area.
