Quiet location less than 2 miles to downtown Van Wert. Van Wert High school and Elementary within walking distance as well as the Performing Arts Center. All common areas in home including kitchen available for your use. There is a hot tub which you can use just follow house rules as well as a fire pit and heated inground pool (open during summer). We have a large screen TV with a Wii available in the family room. If you’d like to shoot some pool or play pinball you are welcome. Shared home.

This is a shared home and we will be there as well. We’d love to interact with you as much as you’d like. All areas of home except master bedroom and bathroom and other bedrooms are available for your enjoyment. We have plenty of off street parking.
