The Farm & Blacksmiths Cottages are situated at the entrance to Lisnavagh Farmyard. The cottages date from 1846 and are situated next to each other. They can be rented individually and each cottage sleeps 4 people.
The space
The cottage is very cosy and warm you have a feeling of staying in the country. There is another cottage next door which is also for let and they have extensive gardens. The cottage/s is a perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside and there are lots of walks through Lisnavagh (map available) We leave a welcome/starter pack in the fridge. Otherwise the cottage is self catering.
Guest access
Guests have access to Lisnavagh Estate for woodland and garden walks. There are other gardens to visit in the area as well as walking in the Wicklow Way.

In keeping with inflation and taking a 15% Airbnb hit on each booking our nightly price has crept over €100. We apologise for this and hope you’ll still book with us. You don’t have to pay any Airbnb fees!

Our neighbourhood is a community feel with houses interspersed through the countryside. Rathvilly is the local village which has a shop, pharmacy, local pubs, betting office and post office. It has a both a Catholic and Church of Ireland church. Rathvilly is situated 3 miles away.

I’m a mum and manager of Lisnavagh House & Gardens. I live here with my family and Lisnavagh is my husbands ancestral home. We like to travel too when we need some time off from Lisnavagh which is a beautiful place but lots of work!!!
