One bedroom, one full bath, cozy guesthouse with rustic farmhouse feel on a 5 acre oasis in suburbia West Sacramento, less than 5 miles from Highway 50, downtown Sacramento, the Capital, Golden One Center, Ace of Spades, great dining, and fun night-life. Guests will stay in our private guest house with it's own entrance, bathroom, free WiFi, washer/dryer, and convenient parking. The guesthouse is situated feet from the Sacramento River and a running/recreational trail.

The space
Host lives on the property and is available if needed, otherwise the guest can use our automated door lock and help themselves in the home. No pets are allowed.

There is also another Airbnb on the property in front of the guesthouse. The other Airbnb is it's own separate unit.
