Separate and private access studio at the front of our property Beach Farm. The area is peaceful and quiet and just 5 minutes drive to Copacabana or Avoca Beaches. We are 15 minutes to some great hikes like Maitland Bay. The studio has just been refurbished and has a generous size loft bedroom and a cozy kitchen and living area. Sit in the garden and enjoy the sounds of the birds singing while you enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.

The space
A private space at the front of the property with your own garden with outdoor setting and BBQ. You can easily explore the beautiful beaches of Copacabana or Avoca only 5 minutes drive away. You also have some great coffee options and a micro brewery only 10 minutes walk away. The studio has just been fully renovated with new carpet, kitchen and updated bathroom facilities.
