Explore the Llyn from the inland village of Sarn, a short drive from Abersoch, Whistling Sands, Aberdaron, & Llanbedrog. 1 minute walk to the pub, village store & butcher.

Our cottage has been lovingly renovated to suit families and couples looking for a stylish retreat. The open plan kitchen diner has a large farmhouse table. And the cosy lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

The space
Our cottage Hen Wellington has a neutral colour pallette, with natural textiles and materials used throughout to create a calm relaxing environment to stay. We have installed gorgeous lighting throughout, with dimmers and spotlights, so you can adjust to suit your mood, perfect for a nice snuggly feel in the evenings!

When you enter the cottage you are greeting with beautiful natural stone slab flooring and wood panelled walls. The cottage has full Hive controlled central heating throughout which blasts out through classic column radiators. We have installed two beautiful wood burning stoves. The first is positioned in the kitchen diner, where we have tucked a cosy reading corner next to it, perfect for relaxing with a wine whilst chatting to the cook!

The second woodburner is in the cosy hidden lounge. The lounge is tucked away behind a gloriously thick wall. In the lounge you will find a big comfy corner sofa, which turns into a double sofa bed. In the lounge you will find a large smart TV with Disney+ and Amazon.

In the dining area of the kitchen you will find a lovely long scrubtop farm house dining table with bench and chairs. The table easily seats 8 and could definitely seat more! There is also another smart tv in the dining area, perfect for catching up on news at breakfast or to keep the little ones entertained!

In the kitchen you will find everything you could need. We have a dishwasher (who wants to wash up on their holidays?!), fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and Krups Nescafe coffee machine. There is plenty of dinnerware, pans, cutlery and glassware.

Throughout the cottage there is WiFi, and we have a Bluetooth radio in the kitchen.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, all of which have plenty of storage and hangers for your clothes and belongings. Each bedroom has blackout blinds (as does the lounge), and bedside lights or dimmer light.

In the upstairs bathroom there is a toilet, sink and bath. The tap on the bath has a shower attachment.

To the rear of the cottage is a mature garden. The garden is accessed via the boot room, in the bootroom you will also find a showerroom with shower cubicle. In the garden accessed via steps, there is a suntrap patio area with seating for 8. We also provide a BBQ and a storage shed for bikes. There is a large grassed area and plenty of gorgeous trees and plants. From the garden you have farmland views across the valley.

To the rear of the cottage we also have a utility room which has a washing machine, extra fridge freezer and a convenient extra toilet.
