The home is completely off-grid, with solar panels and an automatic generator. The home is well equipped for your stay with new appliances, linens, beds, dish ware and furniture, as well as a restaurant grade kitchen. A custom built solar powered automatic gate assures privacy and security during your stay. This private setting is an excellent location between Hilo and N. Kohala beaches, just minutes from Laupahoehoe Point beach park, Hakalau bay, Akaka Falls, Kalopa State Beach Park, Honokaa and the Enchanted Hamakua Coast.
All bedrooms have extremely comfortable queen beds with an extra futon in one bedroom. Three bathrooms have bathtubs, with showers, one with custom glass blocks, with relaxing skylights in the shower, and stained glass windows. The fourth bathroom has a tropical feeling outdoor shower. There is also a sofa bed in the office.
Guests will have access to the full estate, and all of the surrounding property.
