This 3 bedroom home is laid out with the master suite on one wing and two guest rooms sharing a full bathroom, connected by two living room spaces, a dining room and a full kitchen, so your group can have fun in the sun AND plenty of R&R. Cable TV, Sonos surround system inside and outside, smart TV's and high-speed internet will keep you connected with the world (when you want to be). The backyard is fully-fenced, spacious and welcoming, complete with a shaded lanai, pool and some green space to play catch. The backyard also offers a grill to cook your days catch- all while watching the evenings sports game on the outdoor TV. The kitchen pass-through to the covered lanai makes for easy food and drink delivery and a door from the bathroom to the pool makes for a quick and easy transition out of pool time. Sign me up!
